Scholarship Guide: Business, Construction, Horticulture, Paralegal, and other fields

Scholarships to women who are pursuing Accounting degrees at the undergraduate, graduate, and postgraduate levels. You may apply for more than one scholarship, with the exception of Women In Transition and Women in Need. Please study the criteria for each scholarship to determine your eligibility.

Applicaction deadline: November, yearly
Award: $2,500 per year, for up to three years.

Applications accepted from December 1 - February 28
Awards: up to $2,500.

CRSI Foundation Scholarship Programs
Award: $1500
Requirement: Student must be employed by or be the child or spouse of someone employed by a CRSI member company, and be a junior or senior in a 4-year, related engineering degree.
Undergraduate Scholarship Program
Award: $3,000
Requirement: Student must be a senior in a civil engineering or similar four-year engineering degree program.

Award: FBA Scholarship, $250-$2,000

Application deadline: February 28, yearly
The 2017 Application will be posted in the fall of 2016.
Undergraduate Scholarship and Construction Trades Scholarship
Awards: Range from $500 to $2,500
Scholarships are given to both women and men. Both financial need and GPA are considered. Applicants must be currently enrolled in a construction-related degree or training program.

Several scholarships available annually

The GCA offers 27 merit-based scholarships in 12 areas, many of which are administered in collaboration with other organizations.

HRI offers two scholarships.
1. Muggets Scholarship: $1,500 scholarship
2. Spring Meadow - Proven Winners
Scholarship: $3,000 scholarships

Requirement: Students must be enrolled in a 2 or 4-year horticulture program.

Application deadline: Check site for current deadlines.
Award: Beginning in 2019, AAfPE will award $1,500.00 to the winner and $500.00 to the runner up to be used to continue the pursuit of the student’s paralegal education.

NFPA/Thomson Reuters Scholarships: These scholarships are awarded to paralegal students and must be used to pursue a paralegal education.

PACE and PCCE Scholarships: These scholarships are to be used solely and exclusively for the purpose of taking PACE or PCCE and to purchase study materials in connection with the preparation to take PACE or PCCE.
