Different areas of study use different citation styles, and the Social and Human Services program uses the APA (American Psychological Association) citation style.
Using the APA citation style requires you to look up the rules when you need them. You are not expected to remember them.
Below are two great sources you can use to find the rules for each citation you will use in your research papers. If you cannot find the rule using these sources, ask a librarian. We are here to help!
